Privacy Policy for Our Referral Service

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Upcomingyear Tree Service ("we", "us") handles information when you visit upcomingyear.living, call the phone number on this website or send a request through a form. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Gather From You

Some details come straight from you. If you call or fill out a form, you may tell us your name, phone number, email address, location and a bit about the tree or property you need help with.

Other details are collected automatically as you browse. These can include your IP address, the browser and device you use, the pages you look at and when you visited. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked, and some may be recorded, to check quality and handle billing.

Why We Use It

We use your information to:

• Match you with an independent tree removal provider who serves your area
• Send your request details to that provider so they can reach you and set up a visit
• Reply to your questions and messages
• See how this website and our phone lines are being used
• Make our website and service better
• Meet legal duties and guard against fraud or misuse

Who Receives Your Information

Upcomingyear Tree Service is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request information to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can get in touch. These providers are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also share information with companies that help us run the website and phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking services. We may release information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws, though, count sharing with marketing partners as a sale or a share. Where those laws apply, you may be able to opt out.

Cookies and Site Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of certain sharing. To ask, email contact@upcomingyear.living. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on your request.

Keeping Information Safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Still, no way of sending or storing data is perfectly secure. We hold on to information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Updates to This Policy
