Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use upcomingyear.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who We Are

Upcomingyear Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Upcomingyear Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, the location, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. If you have questions, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can bring power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Upcomingyear Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

How Accurate This Is

We try to keep the information here correct and current. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no errors.
